    Return policy for heat pumps

    Thank you for your purchase from Airwende Umwelttechnik GmbH. We attach great importance to the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. If a product you have purchased is defective, we offer you the option of returning it.

    Return conditions:

    1. Return period:
      Defective products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product.
    2. Return conditions:
      a. Returns are only possible if the product is defective.
      b. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. All accessories, manuals and other components must be included.
    3. Return process:
      a. To initiate a return of a defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@airwende.de or call us at +49 30 278780611.
      b. After contacting us, you will receive a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number.
      c. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the RMA number.
    4. Return costs:
      If the product is recognised as defective, we will pay the shipping costs for the return.
    5. Refunds:
      After receiving and checking the defective product, we will inform you of the status of your refund. The refund will be made via the original payment method within 14 working days.
    6. Guarantee:
      This returns policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights or guarantees.
