Everything about the third funding round of the Heating Act

Airwende Umwelttechnik GmbH is pleased to inform you that the third round of subsidies under the Heating Act has officially started - and that means it's time for a major heating system replacement! Old gas and oil heating systems now belong in the museum, while modern heat pumps can move into your home.

Whether you are the proud owner of a house, a flat or even an entire community - or perhaps the nice landlord next door - now is your chance to secure a government cash injection of 30 to 70 per cent. But beware: the amount depends on how good you are at maths and tax returns (okay, more on your income and the timing of the heating replacement, but that sounds less exciting).

And the best thing is that anyone who has been longing for a new heat pump anyway can now submit their application via the "My KfW" customer portal. Yes, that's right - the name says it all, it's "Your KfW"! And to your great delight: our heat pumps are of course also on the BAFA list and are therefore fully eligible for subsidies.

Once you have successfully submitted your application, you can sit back and relax! You have a whole 36 months to have your brand new, climate-friendly "Airwende" heating system installed - so there's no rush unless you can hardly wait.

Although the heat pump market has cooled off a little in recent months (yes, that's a pun), the industry is firmly expecting a hot autumn. So what are you waiting for? Get it before your neighbour does!

Oh yes, and if you're clever, you could even secure some bonuses - income bonus, efficiency bonus, climate speed bonus... Okay, the last one sounds like a new Olympic discipline, but it's just a great opportunity to get even more subsidy money. But remember: you can't get more than 70 per cent. We don't want to exaggerate! Or do we? It could be more if you can find additional funding from your federal state.
