Competition conditions of participation

    Conditions of participation for the competition "Win up to € 3,000 for your recommendation!"

    1. Organiser The competition is organised by Airwende Umwelttechnik GmbH, Sophie-Charlotten-Str. 11, 14059 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
    2. Eligibility Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser, their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.
    3. Participation takes place through the successful referral of a Airwende heat pump to friends or family. For each successful referral, the participant receives a raffle ticket.
    4. Entry period The competition starts on 1 September 2024 at 00:00 and ends on 30 May 2025 at 23:59.
    5. Prizes The following prizes will be raffled off:
    • 1x MacBook Air with M3 chip worth € 1,299
    • 2x travel vouchers for environmentally friendly hotels worth € 1,000 each
    • 3x Ninebot KickScooter C2 PRO E Powered by Segway worth € 279 each
    • 1x cash prize in the amount of € 3,000
    1. Determination of winners and notification The winners will be selected at random at the end of the entry period and notified by e-mail. Winners must contact us within 14 days of being notified, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
    2. Transferability and cash payment It is not possible to transfer the prize to other persons. Cash payment of non-cash prizes is excluded.
    3. Data protection The personal data provided by the participants will be used exclusively for the realisation and processing of the competition and will be deleted after the end of the competition, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations.     4. Exclusion of liability The organiser is not liable for damages that may arise due to errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the competition, unless such damages are caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of the organiser.
    5. Premature termination of the competition The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
    6. Legal recourse Legal recourse is excluded.
    7. Severability clause Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
    8. Miscellaneous These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and the organiser are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
